Your New Key Home will be ready to move in and enjoy from day one, with smart heating & lighting and built in wardrobes items we like to include wherever possible.

Modern Methods of Construction
Every step of every build is about quality, our use of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) which allow us to build a super well insulated, incredibly eco friendly home that will last for generations.
Where possible we install a combination of underfloor heating or low energy Infrared Heating systems all supported by Air Source Heat Pumps and Whole House Ventilation systems.
